Rock On..Living your dreams..

Live your dreams...

Yea yea this is the tag line of the movie Rock On.

Being die hard Farhan Akhtar fan wanted to see this movie since first day but finally managed to see it.
Needless to say movie was mind blowing but here I want to write about something which I can relate with myself.
So this is not a movie review but a random musings of a nut...lol

yes its about living the damn dreams..lol

Ever since I know about myself from many fudging thingys I like(eg Movies/Mujik/Food/Buks/Automobile/POetry/Photugraphy/Traveling/Programing/Shopping etaydi) I have always been a crazy mad a** Biker.

I mean bike is always been an important part of my life. There were years when bike was like part of my body. We used to joke ke my blood type is 20W40..loll.Did almost all crazy things that a 18 year old spoilt brat will do on his bike..Yes those whilees and endos and those long rides..I still remember those days where I used to wake up just 10 minute before tuition time which was 4:30AM..finish all morning chores in 5-7 mins and reach tuition in 3mins flat..Major usage of internet was to search best oil for bike and to learn how to differentiate original performance plugs to fake one.my best friend was my mechanic..And those debates about does free flow exhaust/cold air intake helps in performance or not??

Those were the days man!!!

As time passed I was told by family ke no more biking and its not safe and all those..I know my riding style also led them to do this.. So a free rider is in cage now. from good powerful bike to puny Maruti..I have almost accepted this and forgot the bike but never let parents to sell it..Car changed but my darling bike remained as it is in my parking..I started enjoying comforts in car and all those jazz..

While watching the movie suddenly I felt like riding my bike..I started missing it..After watching the movie took the car outta parking and reached home as soon as possible..

Took bike from parking and cleaned it.. Started it and man the grunt of my lioness is still the same..took her out and turned on King Kurt's Smells like Teen Spirit on ipod and started ripping bike..red lined every gears and I was like attaining automotive Nirvana..
It was great feeling to listen those exhaust notes after long time..Superb handling and dynamics which never lets you down..That fantastic throttle response..and most important the feeling of freedom that it gives..

Finally I am free bird again.. Called my biker friend and said put the Skoda aside I am happy with my bike...he shared same emotions with me as he is also biker forced driver..

Thanks You Farhan for all this...

All about borrowing friend's note...

Difference Between School and College

(I am typing this because I am bored like anything so doing this as a pure time pass, so read it wih a pinch of salt and enjoy)

Situation :
You need a notebook from a friend….

School :
You call up your friend that you need his/her book and he/she will give you in next day school..

Simple..

College:
First of all you are in a dilemma that which studious boy/girl in your class has prepared notebook…

Now you find you are not having good repo with 3 out of 5 guys who have complete notes..

So you call rest 2..

One says I am out of station in PL

Other lives on the Siberian end of your city and you do not have his/her phone o. You somehow mange to contact him/her and decide to meet at college during PL.

You go to to college to find the biggest shock that he/she forgot the book and you feel like banging your head into wall..

After some arguments you decide to go that person’s place but before it you finish other good hour to let that fellow finish his/her chores

Finally you reach there and get that damn piece of paper and get back to home and read that part in half an hour and think about good four hour you wasted for getting that book…

And mind you I am not typing the hassles involved in returning the book…

Enjoy…

my fav love song

I was talking about Indian POP songs with my friend Deep and concluded that the best years for Indian POP music is over i.e. The Megnasound era. That company gave chance to many up coming singers and at that time there used to be very good albums not like current scenario where only one song in the album is good.

Today I am quoting lyrics of my favorite love song sung by Tanya. Sung is very rumani manner at the same time having enough zeal. This is the song which will make you sleep in Nostalgia..

Woh beetein din yaad hai
woh pal cheen yaad hai
gujare tere sang jo
lagaa ke tujhe ang jo
woh muskana tera
woh sharmana tera.
december ka shama
woh beeghi beeghi shardiyaan
Woh mausum kya huana jane kahan kho gaya
bas yaadeineeee baaki
woh baatein sab yaad hai
woh raatein sab yaad hai
betayi tere sang jo
laga ke tujhe ang jo
mujhse liptana tera
palke jhukana tera
abhi hai dil mein mere hoton ki woh narmiyaan
aag laga ke tumna jane kahan kho gaye
bas yaadeineeee baaki
Woh beetein din yaad hai.
woh pal cheen yaad hai.
gujare tere sang jo
lagaa ke tujhe ang jo
woh muskana tera
woh sharmana tera
december ka shama
woh beeghi beeghi shardiyaan
Woh mausum kya huana jane kahan kho gaya
bas yaadeineeee baaki

This is Gopal Godse's Interview Published in TIME :

FEBRUARY 14, 2000 VOL. 155 NO. 6 W E B - O N L Y I N T E R V I E W

"His Principle of Peace Was Bogus" Gopal Godse, co-conspirator in Gandhi's assassination and brother of the assassin, looks back in anger--and without regret

Hemant Pithwa/India Today
Fifty-two years ago, on Jan. 30, 1948, Mohandas Gandhi was shot dead by Nathuram Godse, a Hindu extremist. Godse believed that the Mahatma, or great soul, was responsible for the 1947 partition of India and the creation of Pakistan. Godse and his friend Narayan Apte were hanged. His brother Gopal and two others were sentenced to life imprisonment for their part in the conspiracy. Gopal Godse remained in jail for 18 years and now, at 80, lives with his wife in a small apartment in Pune. He is still proud of his role in the murder. Although Godse is largely ignored in India and rarely talks to journalists, he agreed to speak with TIME Delhi correspondent Meenakshi Ganguly. TIME: What happened in January 1948? Godse: On Jan. 20, Madanlal Pahwa exploded a bomb at Gandhi's prayer meeting in Delhi. It was 50 m away from Gandhi. [The other conspirators] all ran away from the place. Madanlal was caught there. Then there was a tension in our minds that we had to finish the task before the police caught us. Then Nathuram [Gopal's brother] took it on himself to do the thing. We only wanted destiny to help us -- meaning we should not be caught on the spot before he acted.

WEB -ONLY INTERVIEW 'Gandhi Was a Hypocrite

'In this online-only interview, Gopal Godse, co-conspirator in Gandhi's assassination and brother of the assassin, looks back in anger--and without regret

TIME: Why did you want to kill Gandhi?
Godse: Gandhi was a hypocrite. Even after the massacre of the Hindus by the Muslims, he was happy. The more the massacres of the Hindus, the taller his flag of secularism.

TIME: Did you ever see Gandhi?
Godse: Yes.

TIME: Did you attend his meetings?
Godse: Yes.

TIME: Can you explain how he created his mass following?
Godse: The credit goes to him for maneuvering the media. He captured the press. That was essential. How Gandhi walked, when he smiled, how he waved -- all these minor details that the people did not require were imposed upon them to create an atmosphere around Gandhi. And the more ignorant the masses, the more popular was Gandhi. So they always tried to keep the masses ignorant.

TIME: But surely it takes more than good publicity to create a Gandhi?
Godse: There is another thing. Generally in the Indian masses, people are attracted toward saintism. Gandhi was shrewd to use his saintdom for politics. After his death the government used him. The government knew that he was an enemy of Hindus, but they wanted to show that he was a staunch Hindu. So the first act they did was to put "Hey Ram" into Gandhi's dead mouth.

TIME: You mean that he did not say "Hey Ram" as he died?
Godse: No, he did not say it. You see, it was an automatic pistol. It had a magazine for nine bullets but there were actually seven at that time. And once you pull the trigger, within a second, all the seven bullets had passed. When these bullets pass through crucial points like the heart, consciousness is finished. You have no strength. When Nathuram saw Gandhi was coming, he took out the pistol and folded his hands with the pistol inside it. There was one girl very close to Gandhi. He feared that he would hurt the girl. So he went forward and with his left hand pushed her aside and shot. It happened within one second. You see, there was a film and some Kingsley fellow had acted as Gandhi. Someone asked me whether Gandhi said, "Hey Ram." I said Kingsley did say it. But Gandhi did not. Because that was not a drama.

TIME: Many people think Gandhi deserved to be nominated TIME's Person of the Century. [He was one of two runners-up, after Albert Einstein.]
Godse: I name him the most cruel person for Hindus in India. The most cruel person! That is how I term him. TIME: Is that why Gandhi had to die? Godse: Yes. For months he was advising Hindus that they must never be angry with the Muslims. What sort of ahimsa (non-violence) is this? His principle of peace was bogus. In any free country, a person like him would be shot dead officially because he was encouraging the Muslims to kill Hindus.

TIME: But his philosophy was of turning the other cheek. He felt one person had to stop the cycle of violence...
Godse: The world does not work that way.

TIME: Is there anything that you admire about Gandhi?
Godse: Firstly, the mass awakening that Gandhi did. In our school days Gandhi was our idol. Secondly, he removed the fear of prison. He said it is different to go into prison for a theft and different to go in for satyagraha (civil disobedience). As youngsters, we had our enthusiasm, but we needed some channel. We took Gandhi to be our channel. We don't repent for that.

TIME: Did you not admire his principles of non-violence?
Godse: Non-violence is not a principle at all. He did not follow it. In politics you cannot follow non-violence. You cannot follow honesty. Every moment, you have to give a lie. Every moment you have to take a bullet in hand and kill someone. Why was he proved to be a hypocrite? Because he was in politics with his so-called principles. Is his non-violence followed anywhere? Not in the least. Nowhere.

TIME: What was the most difficult thing about killing Gandhi?
Godse: The greatest hurdle before us was not that of giving up our lives or going to the gallows. It was that we would be condemned both by the government and by the public. Because the public had been kept in the dark about what harm Gandhi had done to the nation. How he had fooled them!

TIME: Did the people condemn you?
Godse: Yes. People in general did. Because they had been kept ignorant.

xbhp rocks

This weekend was certainly one the best.On friday i called bunny(Bunny Punnia - The co-founder of xbhp.com) aout their visit to surat.Thay are on the all india road trip on bike called the great indian roadtrp(www.thegreatindianroadtrip.com). He said they are not very sure to come inside the surat city so I finally decided to hit Ahmedabad to to meet them. On saturday i started my journey to A'bad in morning 8 o'clock but reached A'bad at around 1 because of pathetic traffic. Met Sunny(Sundeep Gajjar - CEO saab) and Nisarg(A'bad xbhpian and very good friend of mine) at NID.Sunny is really very nice and down to earth person.(Sunny thanks or that real juice,i was thirsty like anything due to non stop travelling ). Sadly could not meet Bunny and Ashish as they were exploring rann of Katchh. Took lunch at Vishala and Sunny left to Baroda. Got some cool videos of Sunny riding his CBR1000RR. Had a blast with Nisarg at night. We missed Sunny a lot as we(me and nisarg made some good plan to show him Gujarat).

On sunday i returned to Surat. On the way i spotted Sunny bro ripping his ride. Againg met Sunny @ Surat. Then Me,Sunny,Pinto and Kb went to NH-8 to meet rest of the GIR gang. Finally I made up to meet Bunny bro.It was pleasure to meet him. But we met when there was a power cut at Dhaba so could not enjoy the meeting much but this was my best bike ride ever..
